Due to scarcity of directors all over India, WBBA has organised for the first time an All India Director Seminar mentored by Mr. Sudhir Agarwal, Mr. Sanjoy Chakraborty and Mr. Ajay Brahmachari.
There are total 15 participants from all over the country (Tamilnadu, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Odissa, Assam, Bihar).
We are extremely thankful to the mentors and participants.

Hemant Jalan led his team to a fascinating victory with 120.71 VP in the All Bengal Shree Cement Bridge Championship, held on 20th and 21st August at Subarna Banik Samaj. His other team members were A.Malhotra, K. Nandi, A. Bhattacharya and the U-31 World Champion pair of Sayantan Kushari & Sagnik Roy.
Team Ghosh's IV, represented by Tirthankar Ghosh, B.Saha, R.Roy, S.Mukherjee & A.Chakraborty finished a close second with 119.52 VP.
Team Great Mates with 98.79 VP and Team Ernis with 95.53 VP came 3rd and 4th respectively.

WBBA cordially invites you to join All India Shree Cement Bridge Championship from 12th May 2022 to 15th May 2022, the first BFI approved Catagory 1 offline event with BFI ranking points since the prolonged pandemic layoff, at Kolkata.
Our last online mega event was a roaring success and we are confident that the entire Bridge fraternity of the Country shall come forward and make this real field event even more successful.

Please note that this is an *offline tournament* hosted by WBBA to celebrate the Bengali New Year. Kindly rush in your entries since the accomodation is limited and the participation is restricted to first come first serve basis.
Lunch and afternoon snacks will be served at the venue.

The few participants, who were interested and registered, are requested to report at the venue
(Engineer's Club) at 3:30 PM on 9th April with your age proof.

We regret to inform that The West Bengal Junior State Bridge Championship (U31) is postponed due to lack of entries.
It is very unfortunate that most of our regular Junior Bridge players didn't register for the event.
We hope that in future whenever the tournament will happen, each and every Junior player shows up and participates.
