Aditya School of Sports to a commanding 5-wicket victory over Nabagram Sevak Sangha in the Ambar Roy Sub Junior Under-13 cricket tournament knockouts on Friday.

Nabagram Sevak Sangha struggled to 96 all out, with Pritom Sarkar (4-20), Sanmay Bose (2-36), and Sharodiya Kundu (2-17) leading the charge with the ball.

Chasing 97, ASOS comfortably reached 100/5, thanks to a crucial 33 from Sumanta Paul, while Soutik Chakrabarty picked up 3 wickets for the opposition..

Spinner Ritam Kundu stole the show with his stunning spell! Mohit Kumar Singh and Ash*tangshu Karar brought the perfect mix of control and aggression when it mattered most.

Captain Sanmoy Bose led from the front with an outstanding all-round performance, while Sarodiya Kundu smashed a fiery 46 off just 23 balls to help post a formidable 243-run total.

In the bowling attack, Garia was dismissed for just 92, with Sammay dazzling yet again, taking 3 wickets for just 13 runs in 9 overs. Pritam Sarkar was equally brilliant, bowling 8 overs, including a maiden, and grabbing 2 key wickets.

A proud moment for the Aditya School of Sports as our U13 cricket team showcased their incredible talent in the C.A.B. U13 Tournament (2024-25) at Kanchrapara Youth Club Ground. A phenomenal 10-wicket victory against Bhawanipur Club U13 speaks volumes about their dedication and teamwork!

Bhawanipur Club U13 set a target of 113/6 in 45 overs, but our bowlers were relentless, keeping the pressure on. In reply, our openers were unstoppable as Sumanta Paul stole the show with a stunning 60* off 55 balls. Rupam Das provided a solid foundation with an unbeaten 24 off 57 balls.

In today's match, after our opponents chose to bat first, our bowlers delivered a stellar display of skill and strategy, restricting them to just 88 runs. The bowling attack was led by pacer Mohit Kumar, with remarkable support from left-arm spinner Pratyush Dastidar, all-rounder Ritam Kundu, and leg-spinner Yuvraj Singh.

In response, our openers, Ehan Rahaman and Hillol Roy, provided a strong foundation for the chase. Ehan then joined forces with captain Tufan Roy to secure a dominant 9-wicket victory. Ehan’s unbeaten 53 runs were a masterclass in composure and precision!
