Change is constant we all know but yet we are so resistant to any changes...we criticize, we talk, we invest so much of energy and time to change others mind whom we think is the reason for such changes happening...but we hardly spend any time and energy to change our mind, our thoughts, our intentions...in Parsvakonasana, when we try to look through that space where there is maximum restrictions and refusal of body and mind to take the mindfulness of changing our own "drishti" - we realise the harmony of body, mind and breath consciousness...if you want to feel these words, try this posture of Parsvakonasana variation with your drishti going right through the space under your extended arms and towards your extended fingertips.
