The whole programme was conducted by our honourable / dynamic Karateka and great Martial Arts Technician Shihan Subrata Kumar Ghosh (President / Chairman of Technical (IHSKFI & MKAI - India), Sr. Vice President & Examiner - IHSKF World Body, Sr. Vice President & Chairman of Technical - All Bengal Sports Karate-Do Association (ABSKA).
