Breathe with purpose: three mudra variations to deepen one pranayama technique. I guide you step-by-step so you feel the shift. 🌿
1) Calm (thumb + index finger): Sit tall. Inhale slowly for 4, exhale for 4. Feel the breath soften your chest and settle your mind.
2) Uplift (thumb + middle finger): Open the chest. Inhale bright and steady for 4, exhale for 4. Notice warmth and lightness in the upper body.
3) Grounding (thumb + ring finger): Root through the spine. Inhale for 4, exhale for 6. Sense heaviness and steady presence in the belly and legs.
Practice 3–5 rounds with each mudra. Expect subtle shifts: calm, clarity, or stability. For more options, my book includes 70+ mudras and the guided course deepens the practice. I’ve taught audiences around the world—this approach works.
Which variation suited you today? Tell me below. 🌱

I often combine Reiki with mudras and pranayama to ease chronic tension. One student moved from daily tightness to calmer shoulders and clearer mood after guided sessions plus home practice. My method gives a clear pathway: learn simple mudras, add breath, then receive focused Reiki. The result is measurable: less tension, better sleep, brighter mood. If you seek gentle, effective relief, try an integrated session with me. Book a session: https://wix.to/G7jJ654 ✨🙏

Dhan-teras — the thirteenth day of the Krishna Paksha (waning moon) — is celebrated as an invocation of prosperity and abundance in life, encompassing both health and wealth (dhan).
According to the scriptures, this is the sacred day when Lord Dhanvantari emerged from the cosmic ocean carrying the pot of nectar (Amrita Kalasha) during the great Samudra Manthana — the churning of the milky ocean. This divine nectar symbolized the gifts of health, vitality, immortality (a-mrita), and abundance — treasures that arose only after the ocean’s impurities had been churned out and purified.
On a deeper spiritual level, Dhanteras reminds us that when we engage in the churning of the mind through reflection, discipline, and inner awareness, our impurities and limitations surface and are released. As the mind becomes purified, the flame of consciousness shines ever more brightly within. The act of lighting an external lamp on this day is thus symbolic — it reflects the awakening of the inner light that dispels darkness and illumines the path to true prosperity.
Happy Dhanteras! May this day bring prosperity, longevity, health, wealth and wisdom to you and family and all the near and dear ones.
