MY POSTPARTUM DIARIES.
I remember my postpartum period coincided with the onset of covid-19. We were homebound so I got a lot of time at my disposal to work on my health.
The body hits rock bottom post delivery. Natural getting back on track took all my strength n patience out. But I worked it up.
This was the day I could do a wall handstand after ages! What felt like an achievement then feels nothing more than a warm up now😄
