✨ Nourishing Almond Coconut Paratha ✨

A comforting homemade recipe for calm mornings, balanced energy & soulful nourishment 🌿

Today I made a delicious stuffed paratha with: 🥜 Roasted almonds
🥥 Dry coconut / desiccated coconut
🍯 Jaggery powder
🌾 Whole wheat flour
🌱 Ajwain (carrom seeds)
🧈 Cooked in pure ghee

First I lightly roasted the almonds and dry coconut to bring out the beautiful aroma and natural oils. Then I blended roasted almond, coconut, and jaggery powder into a soft sweet stuffing.

For the dough, I used whole wheat flour with a little ajwain for better digestion and warmth. Made a soft dough, filled it with the nourishing stuffing, rolled it gently into parathas, and slow-cooked in ghee until golden and aromatic ✨
Best enjoyed with: ☕ Hot black tea
