Basic Rock Climbing Course The Indian Mountaineering Foundation (IMF) in collaboration with the My Bharat, Ministry of Youth Affairs and sports, Govt of India

The course will be conducted in Four batches: (Badami - Batch 3 (Date: 16 Sep - 23 Sep). Leh - Batch 4 (Date: 1 Oct - 08 Oct). Delhi - Batch 5 (Date: 21 Oct - 28 Oct).Delhi - Batch 6 (Date: 29 Oct - 05 Nov).

The security deposit of Rs.1,000/- is reimbursable after completion of the camp.

The Indian Mountaineering Foundation, in collaboration with My Bharat, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India, invites trained women adventurers to be part of “Summit & Paddle” — a unique 25-day expedition combining mountaineering and white-water kayaking in the spectacular landscapes of Lahaul & Spiti, Himachal Pradesh.

Designed for 10 trained women, the expedition will challenge participants to summit in the mountains and subsequently paddle through the valley, testing resilience, skill and commitment on both land and water.

Report on 2-Day Workshop on Sport Climbing at Haldia – 16th & 17th August 2026

We are pleased to inform you that the 2-Day Workshop on Sport Climbing was successfully conducted despite adverse weather conditions that affected outdoor climbing sessions. A total of 21 participants completed the training with enthusiasm and dedication.

The workshop was organized by Indian Mountaineering Foundation – East Zone, in association with Haldia Refinery Employees' Club, on 16th & 17th August 2026 at the Haldia Refinery Employees' Club Climbing Wall, West Bengal – 721657.
