An Olympic gold medallist from West Bengal is now awarded ₹8 crore, up from the previously sanctioned ₹25 lakh. Gulshan secured Gold (Women J2 -70kg), while Silver medals came through Kapil Parmar (Men J1 -70kg) and Kokila (Women J2 -52kg).
