Education is key to helping the next generation of tribal people to break out of their poverty cycle.
Sri Sri Vidya Mandir is non-profit social project that sets up Tribal Schools to provide free education to Tribal Children in remote and poor tribal villages in India under the Art of Living Foundation. Tribal School Project runs 20 Tribal Schools in Jharkhand and West Bengal that provides free education to almost 3000 Tribal Children, most of whom are first generation learners in their villages.

At the Khelo Jharkhand District Archery Championship held on 14 September 2025 at JRD Sports Complex, Jamshedpur, Alomani Mahato won gold in the U-14 girls category, Salge Soren secured silver, and Abhijeet Pramanik earned bronze in the U-17 category. All three have qualified for the State-Level Archery Championship in Ranchi on 7 October 2025.
Continuing our tradition of nurturing both nature and young minds, this year we proudly distributed and planted over 1,600 fruit-bearing saplings through the enthusiastic participation of students from Tribal Schools in Ghatsila

For the third consecutive year, six Class VII students from Ghatsila Tribal Schools have been awarded scholarship under the JRD Jyoti Fellowship. These students will receive an annual scholarship ranging from Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 18,000 until they complete Class XII
