Our honourable Councillor of Ward no. 10 Mr. Mozaffar Ahmed hoisted the National Flag on India’s 77th Independence Day at BSA and conveyed his best wishes to all. Special thanks to our coaches Arup Basu, Arnab Saha and Utpol Dey for their constant support.

BSA has always focused on quality over quantity and continues to do the same. We aim at proving the best facilities to the maximum extent possible. Since badminton is considered to be one of the most expensive sports in India, our vision is to increase awareness across the city, encourage children to play badminton and make it available to all so that we can contribute towards making our society fit and healthy.

BSA held its annual Marathon to celebrate India’s 74th Republic Day and honour our freedom fighters. We are proud that our students have successfully completed the Marathon.

We would like to thank Smt. Kakoli Ghosh Kundu, Inspector-In-Charge of Baruipur Womens’ Police Station and Shri Tapan Sarkar, Convenor of West Bengal Badminton Association to have taken out time from their busy schedules to inaugurate this event. We are also very grateful to our honourable Chairperson Shri Shakti Roy Chowdhury for gracing the event with his presence and always being by our side.

The freedom of India was extremely expensive, as it came through the blood, toil, sweat and sacrifices of our freedom fighters. Let's remember them with all our heart.
