I have always corrected the built-in notion in aspirants and their parents that a class with 5-7 students (which seems to be better for growth and learning, with a thought process that the teacher would provide greater attention 😀) is actually a weaker intensity class! The best of classes all over the world commence with a good integrated crowd of learners to feel connected and intense, also carrying spatial awareness to hit the movements in sync.
It's time people see the value of an integrated crowd in a dance class.

"I chose Dance as an alternate career fighting all odds. I gave up medicine as my father couldn't afford. Dance caused the transformation in me from a boy to a man after I faced the most devastating event in my life - my father's demise. I grew up with responsibilities and then communicated through Dance. My movements are inspired from life.
I'm a fighter. Any artist is. You have a body and focus. I teach to smile in failure emerging as strong dancers. I have always believed to take what life gives you. Life is a stage. The way you move on it is your dance. You grow audiences the way you dance and communicate. Strength is not what you can do; it is overcoming the things which you once thought you couldn't.
To be a good dancer, one has to be a good human being; patient, calm and strong. While others spend time criticizing, the artist can compete with himself and bring something new...always.
