11th Open Bengal Taekwondo Chamionship: 2025 was conducted very successfully at The Knockout Taekwondo Academy at Howrah on 29.03.2025 with approximately 100 participations.
The Director of the Academy, Mr. Rohit Ray did a splendid job of organizing the event despite the very short notice period along with the holy Ramzan fasting period being on.
The Technical-In-Charge, Mr. Sanjay Rana was complimented for the very fair Championship conducted with zero protests.
WT approved, Dae Do's electronic system was used in this Championship.
The referees were from Kolkata, N24Pgs, Howrah, Assam and ???
Seven WB Police (BTAaffiliated) personnel took part to win 4 Golds and 3 Silver medals.
The Winning Team Trophy was won by Howrah District
1st Runners-up Team was North 24 Pgs
2nd Runners-up Team was Paschim Bardhaman
The Chief Guest, Mr. Santosh Singh and the Oresident, Mr. Sanjay Singh were highly appreciative of the efficient handling of the championship.
Mr. Binod Singh, Secretary of Howrah District and Mr. Sajal Pandit, Jt. Secretary, Bengal Taekwondo were present throughout to ensure that all went well before, during and after the event.
