Behind every Pilates studio is a story of two people building something they love.

The classes, the conversations, the little wins, and the occasional chaos - it’s all part of the journey.

A week in the life of Reflex & Reform founders.🤍

A space where Pilates feels personal, connections feel natural, and the community keeps growing. ✨
Come for the movement, stay for the people. 🤍

Every body moves differently. Every practice is personal. ✨

Dear body,
I’m listening. 🤍
Today, we move - not to punish, but to feel good.

Pilates is so much more than stretching.

It’s about building strength, improving control, finding stability, and moving with greater awareness.

The stretches may feel good but it’s the strength and control behind the movement that make Pilates so powerful.

Move with intention. Move with control.

We love seeing what consistency, mindful movement and the right guidance can create.

Thank you for trusting Reflex & Reform. 🤍

A little movement, a little burn, and suddenly the rest of the day feels a whole lot lighter. ✨

Because sometimes, the best way to reset is to simply move your body.

🇮🇳This Independence Day, we celebrate the strength that begins within.

The strength to move, to grow, to stay resilient and to build a stronger community, one individual at a time.

Here’s to stronger bodies, stronger minds, and a stronger India.

Happy Independence Day from Team Reflex & Reform.

Sometimes, you just need to experience the difference for yourself. 🤍

So happy she chose Reflex & Reform, and even happier to know she’s feeling the difference already.

08/08/2026

Not everything needs to be bigger, louder, or busier.

Sometimes, better means fewer people, more personal attention, a dedicated space, and a team that knows you by name.

At Reflex & Reform, that’s exactly what we’ve chosen to create.

A Pilates experience designed around you.
