We cannot stop the waves.. but we shall learn to surf ๐ !
Finished this full body workout using a set of dumbbells. I have used 5 kg , 7 kg in the video. I did 5 rounds of the complete sequence and it was challenging enough !
In case you want to try it & you donโt have dumbbells at home you can use water bottles / a heavy book !
Multiple sets with multiple reps will do the work with that too. 3-5 rounds of the complete sequence will get the heart rate up & blood flowing .
Donโt forget a full body warm-up (5-7 minutes) before the workout and cool down stretches (5 minutes) after completing it.
Keep the body upright, core tight and good form โบ๏ธ. Try it & share with friends & family if u like it .

Yoga has the ability to calm the mind and strengthen the body for people of all fitness levels... whether you are old or young , overweight or fit or stiff .. whatever you consider yourself. Donโt get intimidated by just looking at complicated poses.. Practicing Yogasanas is for everyone. You just need to start with few basic poses and gradually work upto the difficult ones ! Posting a core workout ( which can be done at home). I used a 1.5 litres water bottle. You can use dumbell/moderate weight object whatever you have access to. Main point is to completely engage the core - Movements should be done slowly( and not just rush to complete number of reps). The more time your mid section is under tension, it places stress on the core muscles to work. 12-15 reps of each exercise , with minimal break in between exercises completes 1 round. Repeat for 3-4 rounds for a good core workout. Your core muscles will have a good workout by the completion of 4th round. Plus.. it will hardly take 20-25 minutes to complete the workout.

A lot of people cannot do high intensity workouts or donโt prefer very heavy weight workouts( because of doctorโs prescription or personal choice). But that doesnโt mean you cannot get that challenge with low- moderate impact workouts.
Low impact workouts are underrated. They become really challenging if you keep your rest period between the workouts very small/ do the movement slowly keeping the particular muscle groups under tension for some time.
Low- Moderate intensity workouts are really really effective...if you are looking for overall fitness of body (i find them relatively less demanding in terms of recovery) and you can always progress as your body fitness levels increase.
One such workout is posted above. Try these 5 exercises : 15 reps of each exercises in 1 go. Minimal rest between the exercises. Complete all the exercises. That becomes 1 round. Rest.
Repeat for 3-4 rounds. Your muscles will be sufficiently tired by the end of 4th round. Give it a try & let me know !
The workout is low impact & back friendly.. But you have serious back conditions .. you should consult your doctor before starting an exercise regime.
