To me its alwys about building the strongest foundation. And when it comes to weightlifting it is the most important work. If you really want to own the bar then own the PVC 1st.

Movement is primitive and simple. I feel we all need to remind our bodies what capabilities we are borned with. Squatting is exactly one of those.
Her squat has significantly improved after few days at mobility and flexibility.
There is no rocket science behind it.
Only one way to get better at anything.
Keep doing it.

Three position power cleans at 85 kg
Strength is the name of the game.
Before preaching about weightlifting learn 1st.
Still learning. Still working. Still working on the base.

Although the lift is nothing spectacular if the weight is concerned as I hit a 70 kg sn**ch every now & then.
But hitting with that red ( 25kg ) plate was a mental obstacle I wanted to overcome.
Done & dusted.
