बैंकों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया में होगा बड़ा बदलावसरकारी बैंकों में बेहतर टैलेंट लाने के लिए अब बिजनेस स्कूल की तरह प्रवेश परीक्षा लेने पर विचार किया जा रहा है। जिस तरह भारतीय प्रबंध संस्थान (आईआईएम) और दूसरे प्रबंध संस्थानों में कैट (कॉमन एप्टीट्यूट टेस्ट) स्कोर की अहमियत है, उसी तरह बैंकों के लिए बैट(बैंकिंग एप्टीट्यूड टेस्ट बैट ) स्कोर के जरिए भर्तियां करने का सुझाव भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक की समिति ने दिया है।समिति के अनुसार बदलती बैंकिंग सेवाओं और अच्छी प्रतिभाओं को लाने और उसे बनाएरखने के लिए नई परीक्षा प्रणाली की जरूरत है।इसके अलावा सरकारी बैंकों को मिडिल लेवल पर अच्छे टैलेंट को तैयार करने के लिए लंबी अवधि की रणनीति पर जो देना होगा, जिससे टैलेंट के संकट से जूझ रहे बैंकिंग सेक्टर को उबारा जा सके।मंगलवार को भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक की दक्षता विकास पर गठित समिति ने यह प्रमुख सुझाव दिए हैं। समिति की अध्यक्षता आरबीआई के पूर्व एक्जीक्यूटिव डायरेक्टर जी गोपालकृष्णन कर रहे हैं।समिति का सुझाव है कि सभी बैंकों के लिए एक कॉमन सिलेबस तैयार किया जाए। इसके आधार पर ऑनलाइन बैट की परीक्षा हो। उसमें मिले स्कोर के आधार पर बैंक आवेदकके आवेदन को स्वीकर करें।जैसे कि कैट और नेट के स्कोर के आधार पर नियुक्तियों के लिए बुलाया जाता है। हालांकि समिति ने यह भी कहा है कि बैट स्कोर जरूरी तो हो, लेकिन चयन का अकेला आधार नहीं होना चाहिए।चीफ लर्निग ऑफिसर की नियुक्ति का सुझाव:-बैंकों में टैलेंट को पहचानने, उन्हें बनाए रखने पर खास तौर से समिति ने जोर दिया है। उसके अनुसार बैंक में चीफ लर्निंग ऑफिसर की पोस्ट होनी चाहिए। साथ ही मिडिल लेवल के कर्मचारियों को कुशल बनाने के लिए 5-6 साल का कार्यक्रमबैंकों को तय करना चाहिए।बैंक कर्मचारियों के ट्रांसफर पर भी समिति का कहना है कि जरूरत और कर्मचारी के टैलेंट के आधार पर ट्रांसफर प्रक्रिया अपनाई जाए, न कि केवल ट्रांसफर करना है, इस आधार पर ट्रांसफर हो। इसके अलावा वरिष्ठतम स्तर पर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आदि की भी बात समिति ने की है। इन सुझावों पर समिति ने 31 अक्तूबर 2014 तक लोगों से राय मांगीहै। इसके आधार पर समिति अपनी सिफारिशें जारी करेगी।Source-http://www.amarujala.com/feature/jobs/rbi-give-suggestion-for-change-banking-test-process-hindi-news-sy/?page=1
