MCC Hayan Malik Cricket Club Hayan, established in the 1990s, stands as the first official cricket team of our village and a foundational pillar of its sporting identity formed during a time when structured cricket was still emerging at the grassroots level the club brought together passionate local talent under a unified banner, setting standards of discipline, teamwork and competitive spirit, Over the decades, MCC Hayan has not only represented the village in various tournaments but has also played a central role in nurturing generations of cricketers. Its legacy reflects commitment, resilience, and a deep-rooted love for the game, making it more than just a team it is the origin of cricketing culture in Hayan

A dominant performance in the Quarter Final saw us put up a massive 208/6 in 16 overs after batting first. It was a one-sided affair from there.
Suhail Mushtaq Khan stole the show with a breathtaking all-round performance:

At the energetic Hirri Cricket Ground, GM Malik Sir made a stunning return to the game, proving once again that age is just a number and class is permanent. He delivered a masterful knock of 80 off 50 balls*, perfectly complemented by Malik Iqbal, who scored a solid 65 off 48 balls*.
Batting first, Royal Cricket Club Hayan posted an imposing total of 155/3 in 16 overs.
In reply, Young Boys Kupwara crumbled under pressure and were bowled out for 77 in 12.1 overs, thanks to a clinical bowling performance led by Gowhar Ahmad (3 wickets) and Raashid Malik (2 wickets) and support from the entire bowling unit. Zakir(2wickets)mudasir (2wickets).

In a low-scoring thriller, when all hopes seemed lost for Rising Star Hayan, Gowhar Ahmad was on song with the ball.
His fiery spell of 4/14, backed by Tabish Malik's crucial support, turned the game on its head in the Hatmullah Hunters League Season Five final.
