Please Note: If you fast for religious reasons once in a week or so, It’s absolutely okay and this post is not meant/ refers that. I fast too.
This is in relation with doctors on X/IG posting about thier long fasting peroids and it’s billion if not zillion benefits( as they claim)
Yes, It has some benefits but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. Most of the times these people highlight “Weight loss” along with other few benefits as the outcomes and this is where I have problems with them.
If all you wanted to do was to lose some weight, then why don’t you recommend just eating clean and as much as required for a period of time.
Fasting for long hours may have some benefits but it can also lead to Low BP,Eating disorders, Fatigue, irritability and i have seen this happening in most cases.
Stay Safe guys, Don’t fall in the traps of these Metabolic Doc Gurus, All they do is Chase Impressions on Twitter, Likes on reels. That’s it.

When Yash Joined his major challenges were his late night sugar cravings and unhealthy eating habits.

“BUSY IT PROFESSIONAL GAINS MUSCLE AND LOSES FAT IN 10 WEEKS”
Meet Suman, Suman and I we have worked together before as well and that time his goal was to just lose fat as much as he can and needless to say, He nailed it back then too.
But this time,
Things were different, His goals were different. This time he wanted to lose fat but also to gain muscle along, and that’s why we dialled in Body Recomposition. And just like last time, He absolutely nailed it again.
In 10 Weeks, He lost a little over 3kgs, Our goal was not the number on scale but it was to Gain and preserve muscle mass as much as we can while leaning down.
He has been spot on with his food and training, his openness in learning movements and executing them better session on session really amazes me. He did had a few cheat meals here n there and he did traveled for a week in between but he made sure to come back harder and stay dialled in and so he did.
Phase one has been Amazing Suman, and as always it is a pleasure to work with you. You have been Amazing all throughout 🙏
