The Definition of Luxury now a days has been changed .

In the 60s a Car was a luxury.
In the 70s a Television was a luxury.
In the 80s a Telephone was a luxury.
In the 90s a Computer was a luxury...
In the 2000s, having iphone was a luxury...
List is endless..*Now*
-Luxury is no more going on a cruise and eating food prepared by a renowned chef.
*Shift:* Luxury is eating fresh organic food grown in your own backyard.

-Luxury is not having an elevator in your house.
*Shift* : Luxury is the ability to climb 3-4 stories of stairs without difficulty.

-Luxury is not the ability to afford a huge refrigerator.
*Shift:* Luxury is the ability to eat freshly cooked food 2-3 times a day.

-Luxury is not having a home theatre system and watching the Himalayan expedition.
*Shift* :Luxury is physically experiencing the Himalayan expedition.

-Luxury is not getting treatment from the most expensive hospital in the USA.
*So what is a Luxury now??*
*Being healthy, being happy, having a loving family, being with loving friends, living in an unpolluted place*

Luxury is inhaling fresh air, pure water, sun shine, laughter and.......
All these things have become rare. And these are the real *"Luxuries".*

पौधों की टहनियों पर लगे पीले पत्ते मत तोड़ो तुम....
चंद रोज में....खुद ब खुद झड़ जाएंगे ।

• बैठा करो....कुछ तो अपने बुजुर्गों के पास तुम,
एक दिन खुद ही ये चुप हो जाएंगे ।

• खर्चने दो.....उन्हें बेहिसाब तुम यारों ।
एक दिन.....सब तुम्हारे लिए छोड़ जाएंगे ।

• मत टोको, मत रोको उनको बार बार
बात दुहराने पर.....
एक दिन हमेशा के लिए वे ख़ामोश हो जायेंगे ।

• इनका आशीर्वाद सर पर ले लिया करो तुम,
वर्ना फ़िर ये तस्वीरों में ही नज़र आयेंगे ।

• खिला दो उनको कुछ उनकी ही पसंद का....
वरना फिर श्राद्ध में भी देखना वे खाने नहीं आयेंगे।

“Life begins at the end of our comfort zone.”

Devised a new birthday game and feel happy sharing it. It is particularly good in current times- - Guess Who (पहचानो कौन).

Compile audio messages from close ones and ask birthday person to identify each sender. Share the score with all. It is challenging and fun. Takes effort but the response is tremendous. As a plus, everyone gets encourages to call close ones more often.

Sharing here the compilation played on my Sandeepa (Baby) Didi's 60th birthday (senders' names are disclosed here but were hidden when the game was played).
