RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. This Competition is Free Of Cost.
2. Only member from Lucknow University (ITS, LAW, B-Tech, Management, Democracy and Public Health) or any other Affiliated Law Colleges are allowed to take part.
3. The length of the video should NOT exceed 1 mins. there is no minimum limit.
4. contestant can use any app to make video.
5. Only one entry is allowed from one contestant.
6. One or more members(not more than 4) can participate in a single Dubsmash/musical.ly but each member will have to E-Mail Valid copy of their fee receipt/student id card (not older than may ,2017) along with their respective Dubsmash/musical.ly videos at [email protected] / [email protected] or you can send videos at

7. The members of group video can send their Solo entry (except the one from whose name any group Dubsmash/musical.ly entry is made).
8. Any kind of obscenity will lead to disqualification.
9. the contest will come to an end on 21st feb,2018 at 11:59pm after that no shares or poll votes will be counted.
10. In any case, management committee shall have rights to disqualify the contestant.
11. In case of dispute, decision of the management committee shall be final.

WINNING CRITERIA
• Winners will be based on 2 criteria,
o Maximum Shares
o Maximum Votes (poll)

• The counting ratio shall be 70:30 i.e. 70% from POLL VOTES and 30% from SHARES.
• Shares from official Sanskriti Surabhi page shall stand valid, other shares shall not be counted.
