Event: *The Kikar Trails II*
Type: *Single Day OTR*
Date: 2 June 2024 (Sunday)

Venue: *The Kikar Lodge*

Plan:
8 am: Assembly, Briefing and Departure

11 am: Trail No 1 (The Leopard Trail)
1 pm: Buffet Lunch
2:30 pm: Trail No 2 (The Forest Dash)
4:00 pm: High Tea
5:00 pm: Trail No 3 (The Sunset Climb)

6:30 pm: Departure for Ludhiana
9 pm: Arrival at Ludhiana

Arrangements:
- Lunch at The Kikar Lodge
- High Tea at The Kikar Lodge
- Scouting of all 3 Trails in advance
- Resort's 4x4 Vehicle to es**rt us through all trails
- Arrangement of First Aid and Doctor (if required) at the Resort
- Radio Guidance
- 4x4 Support

Cost:
For Members: *₹2000 per person*

For Non Members bringing their own 4x4: ₹2500 per person
☆Non Members' vehicles are allowed only 1 OTR as guests of an existing member. If anyone has brought their vehicle as a Non Member in past, they are not allowed to join again as a Non Member.

Tentative Itinerary:

6 Jan:
Drive from Ldh to Bikaner. (Approx 8 hours)
Stay at Naralendra Bhawan, or similar.
Evening drinks, while enjoying Live Rajasthani folk performances.
Snacks will be served by the Hotel, along with soft drinks/Juices.
Dinner Buffet by Hotel.

7 Jan:
Enjoy a couple hours of Offroading in Thar Desert, after checkout from the hotel.
Drive to Jaisalmer (approx 5 hours)
Check in at Hotel.
Hotel Mohangarh Fort Palace, or Similar.
Enjoy your time at leisure.
Evening drinks, while enjoying Live Rajasthani folk performances.
Meet n Greet by the Bonfire.
Snacks will be served by the Hotel, along with soft drinks/Juices.
Dinner Buffet by Hotel.

8 Jan:
Leave for a hard-core Dune-Bashing experience in the Thar Desert.
You may use your own vehicle, or use the numerous Jeeps available there.
Spend the day in the Desert.
Enjoy the Desert Sunset.
Get back to Hotel a repeat program from previous Evening.

8 Jan:
Check out from Hotel.
Drive to Hanumangarh (Approx 6 hours), and check in at Hotel.
GM Resorts, or Similar.

Evening at leisure. Snacks, drinks and Dinner at the hotel.
Spend the last evening together, to reminisce all that happened in the last 4 days.

9 Jan: Check out from Hotel.
Drive to Ludhiana (Approx 7 hours)

Inclusions:

It is time to honor the Ladies of PJC during these Summer Vacations.

Introducing:

*Ladies Special OTR Drive*
A special Off-the-Road Drive where all the vehicles will be driven by Ladies of PJC. Men may participate too, but only as passengers.

It will be a half-day Drive which will take place locally, at Mattewara Forest.

Conditions:
- Pre-Registration Mandatory
- Non 4X4 SUV vehicles may also participate
- Non Member Vehicles may participate, but they will be charged a special price
- PJC Stickers are mandatory
- Snacks, Drinks, and other refreshments will be made available to all participants

Participation Price for Member Vehicles: ₹1000 Per person (₹700 for kids below 12 yrs)
Participation Price for Non Member Vehicles: ₹1500 Per person

At Mirzapur, Siswan Forest, Kurali.

- Forest Rest House Mirzapur has been booked for relaxation.
- Trails for offroading provided by Near 2 Nature Farms at Mirzapur.
