JFBS Gym timing for lockdown
Male:
Morning- 5:30 to 9:45
Evening - 4 to 8
Female:
Morning- 10 to 3pm
Allotted time for person- 1 hour only
Per batch only 10 to 12 peoples are allowed

JFBS GYM Rules for clients:

1.1 session only 10 to 15 members are allowed
2. Per person only 1 hour is allowed to do workout
3. Individual turkish towel; water bottle; 50 ml hand sanitizer is mandatory;
4. Till lockdown end need to bring own yoga mat
5. Wrist grip band and gloves is mandatory
6. While before using weights of very sets need to sanitize ur hand regularly.
7. Outdoor shoes/ slippers are not allowed inside the gym ( bring shoe with u in bag and wear it before entering in to the gym)
8. Using mobile phones inside the gym is punishable
9. Keep maintaining social distance
10. Any systoms of corono is seen or found we wont allow you inside the gym.
11. Everyday u will be monitor by thermoscanner and oximeter
If the ratio is (36°c in thermoscanner& blood oxygen level 75 - 100 mm hg and pulse 60 to 100) above from this we wont permitt u inside the gym.
12.mask is compulsory
