New Abs/core Routine ‡️


Circuit:
- Leg Raises (15 Reps)
- Reverse Crunches (15 Reps)
- Single Leg Crunch (10 Reps each leg)
- V Hold 30sec
- Toe Touches (15 Reps)
- Plank Hold (45 Sec)

Do these exercises one after another in a circuit and rest for 15 sec after each circuit (minimum or no rest).
Repeat this circuit for 3 times and feel the burn πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯


Note:
Focus on breathing.
Exhale while crunching and inhale while coming back to starting position.
