Key Coaching Points For Passing:
they recommend when it comes to passing:
1. Select proper weight and timing of the pass
2. Look at target before making the pass (communication)
3. Eyes on the ball at the moment of contact
4. Good first touch to control and prepare ball
5. Keep your toes up and the ankle locked of your kicking foot
6. Use the proper surface of the foot to strike the ball
follow-through toward target
7. Accuracy overpower
8. Body position and balance (slightly bent knee and body over the ball for low passes and lean back for aerial passes)
9. Always practice with both feet
