feelings have ranged from deep gratitude ~ overwhelm ~ some doubt ~ courage ~ extreme joy and everything in between 🦋

slowly arriving ~ surrendering ~ rooting ~ leaning in ~ trusting and dancing my way through the ebbs and flows, the feelings and dealings, the highs and lows 🧚🏻

our dad taught us everything about kindness, curiosity, adventure, 80s music and being coooool ~ celebrating him✨

the frequency of LOVE is one of the highest frequencies we can vibrate at and also happens to be an emotion we as living beings are hardwired to feel ~

I’m inspired to lead a heart centred this Sunday to tap in and tune in ~ come shake your lil hearts out 🌹

some sacred moments are found in temples and river confluences,
others are found in secluded swimming holes ~ bare skin on warm rocks ~ under blue skies eating blueberries with my bbs 🧚🏻

I first experienced this practice in Sri Lanka last month (thankssss Atlice ) and it instantly felt like coming home. Music and dance have always been medicine for my soul and this felt like an extension of that ~

SHAKE THE DUST
is pure self-expression,
deeply rooted in somatics,
a journey,
an awakening,
a remembering,
a dance party,
a way of being,
where every song is a portal,
movement is not just physical,
and you leave not quite the same ~

received the sweetest message the other day that made my heart so full (swipe to read)🥹 and what I’ve learned lately is that ~ we teach more by being than what comes out of our mouth!!

when we show up authentically, we become living examples of what we hope to share, whether it’s through a class or just the way you move through life, soooo

~be love, to teach love
~be free, to inspire freedom
~be yoga, and you’ll share its essence
~be present, and you’ll embody presence

and that’s my intention to be the full embodiment of me anddd if you take something from it, my work here feels complete 🤍
