And when the choreographer finally sat down after saying "f**k this madness , I cant teach these people.." & went to answer nature's call...the last man standing decided that he has found his calling.. the father mirchandani has been a teacher for 40 years...he must have never thought that the son would become a teacher that too in a foreign language... that too Tamil.. extremely proud moment...the father had tears in his eyes after seeing the equation solution on the board... it was a very interesting looking solution...I must say.. was trying to read out the sums loud out in the class...

Well... they say " dance like no one is watching. " we say, "to hell with that and dance in a way that when people watch, either they crave to join the madness or drop on the floor laughing." The ones watching in the video surely dropped dead laughing... Cast , and the dancing monkey...camera held by my ochii ..the crazy laugh that you hear is the wife who saw this side of the family for the first time.. and am sure she must be wondering " lord ,what have I got myself into" ... tried her best to choreograph the peice but midway she just went with the flow... enjoy the madness. Truly the father of upper body strength exercises...The hindu pushup...or the dunds, or also called dive bomb pushups is one of the most underrated and hardly used exercises today in the fitness centers particularly in india... it's used a lot more over seas by many leading international trainers. After learning how to do pushups I progressed to doing these because my coach then dint allow me to touch any weights...he said just one thing , and I follow it even today.. " till the day you dont learn to handle your own bodyweight and breathing for a decent amount of time under tension, do not even look at adding resistance" ...I am glad and blessed that I am able to do these even today.. a must try and must do.. for all men, women, children...
11 stitches and 3 months later... finally able to do that one exercise with which I started my journey 17 years back... it was really hard resisting pushups for the last 3 months. But I am glad I did. Never underestimate the power of the body healing it self... it knows more than you do....old school is always cool...always...

Never underestimate the nutrition in an Indian Home Cooked Meal. You have got all the "MACROS" in one plate. To top it all, let's give the long due credit to the indian herbs and spices that our used in our Kitchen. A Diet is something that feeds your body and satisfyes your soul and also one that can be sustained for a long period of time...A LIFETIME...
