This is how my lunch and dinner meals look like these days. I try to add as much fibre as I can hence the barley and veggies of my choice. I make sure I have protein so spinach omelette was my choice of protein. Whenever I get time to make a proper meal for myself ,this is what I end up having. It's wholesome, nutritionally accurate and yummy.
Ps. you may add dahi for a prebiotic option to the meal.
At the end, have lots of veggies,carbs,protein and a source of prebiotic in your main meals.

I feel like I could show this sandwich a good time 🤤😂😋
Presenting 'Corn and paneer 🥪
It's basically a bhaji in between cheese and two buns. I have a thing for making my food visually appealing so I add as many colors as I can.
I could make this within 3o to 35 minutes. It's nutritional value lies in the paneer which is protein rich, the corn that's fibre rich, cheese for some well deserved fats and bread for carbs. Yes it's okay to eat carbs! 😋
Have it as your lunch or dinner. It's great to make when you have friends or family coming over 💯

Are you a lazy cook just like me but also don't want to negotiate on the taste? Then I have just the dish for you. Presenting 'Avocado granola chia smoothie' for the soul ❤
I've been meaning to share recipes on Pilates with Pooja for some time now. And I've chosen to make this new beginning with my favourite food - the 'Smoothie'. The reason I'm a big fan of smoothies is that they are super easy to make and super yummy 😋 I recommend these to my clients all the time. Have them as your breakfast or your evening snack. I'll write more about the variations you can add to them in another post. Refer to the recipe if you wanna make your own Smoothie bowl 🥣



Ingredients:
Avocado 🥑
Banana 🍌
Milk 🥛
Honey 🍯
Nuts of your choice- I used almonds and walnuts
Chia seeds
Granola of your choice


Process : blend Avocado, banana, milk, honey,chia,nuts in the blender. Then transfer to a bowl and add granola,chia and nuts and enjoy 😉❤
