Full bridges work nearly every muscle in your body, and will get you a crazy strong and flexible back. Plus, they’re just fun.

How to do them:
Lie on your back on the floor with your knees bent and your hands on the sides of your head, fingers pointing toward your toes. Push your hips up, rounding your back and squeezing your butt, abs and leg muscles as you do so. Push through your shoulders so everything gets a good stretch, and breathe deeply. Hold for one second, then lower back down.

Dear Members,

Many parents recognize The Little Gym as a safe and clean place in which to bring their children.
In light of the news about the Coronavirus, we want to reassure you that we are being even more diligent about keeping our facility clean. Specifically, we have reviewed the guidelines from the CDC as it relates to the appropriate recommendations for minimizing the spread of the virus.

Here’s where you can help. As with any other illness, we ask that you do not come to class if your child is coughing, sneezing, or has had a fever within the last 24 hours. Our generous make-up policy allows you to attend a make-up class by simply calling us prior to the absence.
Some additional tips to keep your child well include frequently washing their hands with soap and water or using alcohol-based disposable hand wipes or gel sanitizers. You can also remind your child to cover their coughs and sneezes and to avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouth.
