A kite doesn't fly because it’s light; it flies because it’s tethered. 🪁

In the same way, the spirit only finds true freedom when it is anchored in practice.
This Makar Sankranti, we at Yoganubhav aren't just looking at the sky; we are looking at the thread- the Sutra- that connects our movement to our breath.

The Experience: 📍 Ground your feet. 📍 Lift your heart. 📍 Release what no longer serves your flight.

Wishing you a transition that is as stable as a mountain and as free as a kite.

Happy Makar Sankranti.

My living room. Natural light. 20 minutes before calls start.

This is what my practice actually looks like, and what I teach my clients.

Not a fancy studio. Not perfect lighting. Just consistent, intentional movement that fits into a demanding life.

Because here's what I learned after years of burnout and managing PCOS of my clients:

Sustainable wellness isn't about having the perfect setup or Instagram-worthy aesthetic. It's about practices that work with your actual life- your schedule, your stress levels, your body's real needs.

That's the foundation of YOGANUBHAV.

Personalized wellness for high-achieving women who are done with cookie-cutter programs that ignore hormones, stress, and the reality of managing a career.

Not generic gym plans.

Not one-size-fits-all yoga classes.

Not wellness advice that assumes you have unlimited time.

Just evidence-based, personalized coaching that actually moves the needle on PCOS, energy, and sustainable performance.

Limited spots opening February 2026.

Ever feel like your emotional elevator is stuck on the lower floors? 💔 We've all been there.

This incredible visual perfectly captures the daily struggles many of us silently navigate. From "crying in the car before work" to “googling 'is this normal' at 2 AM," life throws us curveballs that can leave us feeling overwhelmed and out of sync. It's easy to get trapped in these moments, pressing the same buttons, expecting a different outcome.

But what if we could choose a different floor? What if we could genuinely aim"Living The Dream" or "Crushing It”- not just as a facade, but as a felt reality?

At YOGANUBHAV, we believe that true well-being isn't about ignoring the lower floors; it's about building the strength and resilience to choose which button you press next. We offer tools and practices that help you understand your body, calm your mind, and gently guide yourself towards a more balanced, joyful existence.

Which floor resonates with you most right now? Share in the comments- you're not alone. 👇

It's time to press a different button. Explore how YOGANUBHAV can help you ascend.

Most fitness routines are designed for the masses.

But your body isn't a template. So why is your workout?

For a high-performing woman in her 30s, "just exercising" is no longer a viable strategy. Whether it’s managing PCOS, navigating Pre-natal health, or fixing Chronic Back Pain, generic routines often ignore the two things that matter most: your Nervous System and your Cortisol Levels.

If the alignment isn't forensic, you’re just moving, not healing.

My 1-on-1 Yoga Protocol is about the "2cm corrections" that shift your physiology. No crowded rooms. No generic flows. Just deep, functional alignment tailored to your hormonal profile and busy schedule.

We don't just do poses; we optimize your biology.

I am opening 3 spots for high-touch Private Coaching this month.

Stop the guesswork. Start the Optimization.

The lie we tell ourselves.

"I'm fine."

How many times a day do we say this? We say it to our boss, our parents, our partners, and eventually, we start saying it to the person in the mirror.

For 2 years, I lived in this 'Fine.'

On the outside: Employement of the year, hitting targets, perfect LinkedIn profile.
On the inside: My body was screaming. Tight jaw, shallow breaths, and a back that felt like it was carrying the weight of the whole office.

We’ve been taught to ‘push through’ and ‘say yes’. But 'pushing through’ is just a polite way of saying ‘ignoring the pain’.

Slide 1 is for everyone currently living in the 'Fine.' Your body is talking to you. Are you ready to hear it?

08/01/2026

THE RELEASE
The Turning Point: The conversation that matters.

The biggest ‘Oh sh*t’ moment? Realizing I was showing up for everyone else’s meetings, but I was ghosting my own body.

I finally stopped running. I sat down, closed my eyes, and for the first time in years, I said: ‘I’m Listening’.

It wasn’t about a 5-minute stretch or a quick fix. It was about the 12 weeks of unlearning the habit of ignoring myself. It’s uncomfortable at first. When you stop saying ‘I’m fine’,a lot of suppressed exhaustion comes to the surface. But that’s where the healing starts.

The shift doesn’t happen in the gym; it happens the moment you decide your well-being isn't ‘optional’.

08/01/2026

THE FLOW
The Resolution: The new normal.

"I’m Here.”

I didn’t have to quit my job or change my ambition to find peace. I just had to change my relationship with my body.

Now, my shoulders aren't touching my ears anymore. I still close deals. I’m still the same ‘Senior Director’. But I show up for both meetings now- the one on Zoom and the one within myself.

I didn't realize my body was trying to talk to me all those years. I just never replied.

If you’re tired of being ‘Fine’, maybe it’s time to finally be ‘Here’.

The high-performance mask is heavy.

Most corporate wellness strategies focus on ‘burnout’ as a mental state. But for the woman with PCOS, burnout is a biological reality you can see in the mirror.

It’s the Invisible Tax: The mental bandwidth spent wondering if the lighting in the boardroom reveals your skin flares. The 15 minutes of ‘grooming’ before every call to hide hirsutism. The constant hyper-vigilance of a body that feels like it’s glitching.

That isn’t a vanity issue. It’s a cognitive drain.

If you are spending 40% of your energy managing your symptoms, you only have 60% left to lead.

We’ve been taught to ‘cover up’ the leak with blazers and concealers. But you cannot ‘manage’ a hormonal fire with a surface-level fix.

Enter Protocol: Systemic Rewiring.

At Yoganubhav, we don't do ‘fitness’ yoga. We use movement as a biological architecture to:

Lower the Cortisol Floor: Stopping the stress-androgen loop at the source.

Regulate the Nervous System: Moving the body out of ‘threat mode’ so it stops producing the signals that trigger flares.

Reclaim Cognitive Load: When your biology is governed, your focus is yours again.

Stop using your wardrobe to hide your biology. Start using your biology to fuel your career.

It’s time to stop the tax.

Ready to stop the tax? DM 'PROTOCOL' for a confidential consultation on our bespoke 3-month February programs.

Balance isn't what you think.

Most women with PCOS are told to ‘balance their hormones’.

Here's what nobody explains: Your body can't balance anything when your nervous system is dysregulated.

This pose- Bakasana (Crow Pose) -requires three things:

1) Core stability
2) Breath control
3) Parasympathetic activation

Notice something? These are the exact same requirements for hormonal regulation.

You can't force your way into this pose with pure strength. You can't hold it while holding your breath. And you definitely can't do it when your nervous system is in fight-or-flight mode.

PCOS management works the same way.

High-achieving women approach hormone balance the way they approach everything else: with intensity, control, and more effort.

But your endocrine system doesn't respond to force. It responds to regulation.

This is why:
→ Generic HIIT programs often worsen PCOS symptoms
→ Stress management isn't optional, it's foundational
→ Personalized practice outperforms group classes
→ Recovery matters more than intensity

When I work with clients, we're not just ‘doing yoga poses’. We're training the nervous system to down-regulate so hormones can actually respond to intervention.

The difference between ₹5,000 fitness plans and ₹50,000 personalized coaching?

One gives you exercises. The other gives you a system tailored to your hormonal profile, stress patterns, and actual life.

If you're a senior professional who's tried everything and still struggling with PCOS, the missing piece isn't harder workouts.

It's smarter recovery.

Currently accepting 3 new clients for personalized 3-month programs starting February. DM for details.

Why does Monday feel heavy even after a “relaxing” weekend? ☕️

You didn’t work. You stayed home. You rested.

And yet, you wake up Monday with a heavy exhaustion..

In my 6 years of coaching high-performing women, I’ve seen this time and again:
The Faux Rest Trap.

When you are in a leadership role, your nervous system is often stuck in "Survival Mode." Sitting on a couch doesn't turn that off. To your body, scrolling is just more "Digital Noise" to process.

Most high-achieving women don’t have a motivation problem.

They have a recovery mismatch.

Real recovery doesn’t happen when you stop working.

It happens when your system finally shifts into Heal & Digest.

At Yoganubhav, we don’t chase intensity.
We focus on recalibrating the nervous system so the body can actually repair and restore energy, without force, so you can sustain your career without compromising your hormones.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is just quiet the mind and let the body catch up.

Following up on yesterday’s discussion about ‘Strategic Failure’, here is how that actually looks in our daily lives.

Ever feel like your body is sending you signals you just can’t "mute"? 🔕

Most of us are so used to ignoring a 3 PM headache or feeling drained by evening. We brush it off as part of the job, often taking better care of our phone’s battery than our own energy.

But that stubborn fatigue, the "always-on" brain at midnight, or just feeling "off", those are the notifications we usually swipe away to stay productive. 🚩

The reality is that in our 30s, our bodies stop responding well to the "hustle." It’s not about pushing harder or hitting the gym with more intensity. It’s about intelligent recovery and hormonal recalibration. At Yoganubhav, we’re simply focused on moving out of survival mode. It’s not about adding more intense goals to your list; it’s about finding the space to actually feel like yourself again. 🧘‍♀️✨

How are you actually feeling today?
