The inaugural event of the Fitness Club, IIT Bombay Sports, Deciphering Diet, saw unprecedented and enthusiastic participation. Hey, if you're reading this post at 1:00 AM, then mate you should definitely consider reading it fully. Scrolling past through this post was destined while you're burning the midnight oil.
With almost all deadlines at 11:59 PM, when do we all actually hit the bed? Even without deadlines, are we able to sleep peacefully through the night, or do we just lay there?

With the semester running in online mode, eye strain has become prevalent. Problems such as frequent headaches, loss of sleep, and dry eyes are all a consequence of increased screen time. These could aggravate and become serious issues if not treated at an earlier stage.

A normal semester is no cakewalk but with the added troubles in this new avatar, the problems have increased manifold. The Blackcats Championship is here and the theme for the first week is ā€œEnduranceā€. As the teams get ready to challenge their limits, the importance and irreplaceability of warming up and cooling down shouldn't be neglected. These exercises are a must in order to reduce wear and tear of muscles and hence, avoid potential injuries.
Fitness Club IIT Bombay brings to you a set of exercises which must be done before and after the endurance exercises to be able to put your best foot forward and remain injury-free.

With the Blackcats Championship; the first ever intra contingent tournament commencing this weekend, the theme for the first leg is Endurance!

As the Institute teams battle it out for glory, you can also work on your endurance with the following set of exercises:
