With the semester running in online mode, eye strain has become prevalent. Problems such as frequent headaches, loss of sleep, and dry eyes are all a consequence of increased screen time. These could aggravate and become serious issues if not treated at an earlier stage.

This online version of college has been challenging. With time blurring past and unending hours of academics, our mental and physical health has gone for a toss.
