Working all day long
Looking after others, and so on
24 hours in a day and we can't even give an hour to ourself
A me time - where one can do something they love or just workout or meditate
But we're so engrossed and busy with other things that we ignore the fact that our body needs to be looked after too.
The one body that helps us continously day and night. Who never stops and so we are living, breathing feeling, enjoying and so much more
Shouldn't we be grateful to have a body, to be thankful to our body everyday we wake up and go to bed, do we do that even once?
Well, I don't think so! 😕
Our body needs us just as we need our body
And to keep ourself healthy our body needs to be protected in and out
And what will help us do that?
YOGA - an hour everyday can change a lot within few weeks

Now a days we're all working on our
Phone's, Laptop's, and other Screen's💻 which in result affects our Health be it Physical, Mental or Emotional

We all manage to look beautiful, handsome externally but how can we look good throughout if our inner health is affected, by working continously on screens, not working on our body, no proper diet?

Yoga is a Slow process but if done with right Techniques it will start giving you the best results
Our bodies our different so is our lifestyle, we today are looking for fast options to change our beings
But do we wonder how harsh we are being by forcing our body to work in a certain way in particular amount of time
