Post-workout recipe: Avocado and paneer toast

Here are the Ingredients:
- 1 ripe Avocado
-100g Paneer (sliced or cubed)
- 2 slices of bread (sourdough or multigrain recommended)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Chili flakes/Peri-peri powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: Coriander, cherry tomatoes, olive oil

Healthy food as a source: Protein Source: Paneer (approx. 50g-100g, cubed or grated)
Healthy Fats: 1 Ripe Avocado
- Base: 2 Slices Whole Grain or Protein Bread
