🆕Do you see many people only using the🥚eggs white🍳and throwing away the yellow part ??🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
❎They think it has high fat and will make them fat😳😣(instead the yellow part is soo rich in nutrients)👌✔️
☑️**Dietary fat and stored fat are 2 different things**🔰⤵️
☑️Below is a oversimplified explanation of how the 3 macronutrient (fats, carbs and proteins) are used as fuel and if not used can be converted into stored fat✔️⤵️
➡️Carbs > glucose > pyruvate> acetyl coA
➡️Fat > fatty acids > Acetyl coA
➡️Proteins > amino acids > Acetyl coA
☑️The Acetyl coA then enters kerbs cycle to give us ATP (energy currency of our body) if the Acetyl coA is not used it can be converted back to fatty acids and stored as fats in adipose tissues..⤵️
☑️So, the bottom line is , it's not that fats make us fat, but excess calories make us fat and any of the 3 macros (Carbs , fat & proteins) can be stored as fats in adipose tissues for later use.⤵️
✔️Some of the vitals functions of fats are :-🔰
➡️- Help in manufacturing hormones
➡️- formation of cell membrane
➡️- formation of brain & nervous system
➡️- Transport of fat soluble vitamin like A, D, E and K
➡️- Make the food tasty
☑️Yellow part has cholesterol as well.. But don't fear that.. Our liver also produces cholesterol and would make less if you take

🍘Brown Rice will not make you Lose weight❌
There, I said it !⤵️
Why is everyone so obsessed with brown rice??🤔🤔
1st of all Learn that 🍙white rice is not bad at all.
☑️Infact it is also a good source of nutrients..🤷🏻♂️⤵️
☑️White rice gets a bad name because of its relatively High Glycemic index(GI). Which is associated with diabetes and some may even say weight gain..!🤦🏻♂️
☑️However, the Glycemic index of brown rice is only a Small percentage less than white⤵️
☑️Yes Brown rice has a slight higher fiber content But that is also covered up When you have rice in a meal.⤵️
Obviously no one has rich as a singular meal..
☑️Just add a little more daal or Sabzi on side🍛
☑️Rice doesn't necessarily cause diabetes or weight gain, The reality is that eating way too much of any carbohydrates including brown rice (basically too many calories!) Can cause these problems🤷🏻♂️

↪️Fitness dosent really mean that you have to stick to the same food everyday. you can get bored with it..so here I present you another amazing recipe.. Do enjoy.. ↪️you can eat it as snacks in between your meals or anytime you feel like..⤵️
🔰*Beetroot Omellet Frankie*🔛
🔛Ingredients⤵️
Boiled beetroot puree, wheat flour, Eggs, chopped Onions and lettuce...
Preparation↩️
1. Make a dough using boiled beetroot puree and wheat flour(can use jawar flour)
2. Make normal rotis out of it (but slightly bigger)
3.Make basic pinch of salt and pepper omellete separately
4. Lay the omlette on the roti put some cut onions and lettuce.
5. Roll it in a Frankie.
And Voila... Your beetroot Omellet Frankie is ready...🌮🌯🥙
🆙Note:- You can add your choice of veggies, sauces and cheese to it...
Adjust Macro according to your daily intake calories🔚
