Gentle tug-of-war games can be good fun and build your child's strength.Learning to move, reach and grasp helps children develop the muscles. we are working on body awareness and learning to do big movements and we are also having a lot of fun.

Our little ones also feel stressed at times, chanting Om has been associated with reducing stress. One of the biggest health benefits of Om chanting is that it brings down stress levels.
It provides relief from anxiety and tension. Regular chanting ensures that you feel peaceful from within and are less distracted while doing any form of work.

We at BeeFitKids undertake well planned sessions which includes outdoors, indoors, structured and unstructured plans which involves zumba, yoga, functional training and floor exercises, which thereby culminates into agility, flexibility, strength boosting, stamina building, enhancing gross motor skills at large and above all inculcating the values of following instructions and discipline in children!

Current center is at breach candy where we have 2 batches on Wednesday and Thursday 5 to 6.

Age Group: 1.6- 1.7 to 2.5.

New batches are starting from 1st week of October.
