If you stumble, make it a part of the dance😊💕life is lovely about the -L.I.T.T.L.E celebrations……..natarajasana or lord of the dance pose is a balancing pose.
Balancing asanas require a lot of focus. The moment we lose focus we fall over. Hence it is important to let go off unwanted and extraneous thoughts for the right balance in the pose or for that matter in our lives 😍these poses bring a deep sense of calm and equilibrium in our physical body and help us in aligning our thoughts and emotions.
So let’s keep balancing our lives 💕

The aim is to be undisturbed and unaffected by the dualities of life 😊💕
* ततो द्वङ्द्वानभिघातः ॥४८॥
tato dvaṅdva-an-abhighātaḥ ॥48॥
This results in a victory over the duality of life. |48
tataḥ = (from tata) from that; from the mastery of posture
dvaṅdva = pairs of opposites; dualities; dichotomies (e.g. wanting and not wanting; birth and death; happiness and unhappiness); the dualities of life
an = not
abhighātaḥ = (nom. from abhighāta) attack; defeat
anabhighātaḥ = freedom from attack; victory; mastery
Consequently (tataḥ) we are undisturbed (anabhigātaḥ) by life’s dualities (dvandva).
