🌸 Take a support of wall / Pillow / Meditation chair
🌸 Keep your spine erect, Shoulders relax
🌸 Sit in any comfort position (Sukhasana, Padmasana, I am sitting in Siddhasana)
🌸 Palms one above the other and place them near your navel or keep Palms on thighs.
🌸 Eyes close and Focus on breathe
