Different Types of Push ups for chest.
They work the triceps, pectoral muscles, and shoulders. When done with proper form, they can also strengthen the lower back and core by engaging (pulling in) the abdominal muscles. Pushups are a fast and effective exercise for building strength.

Guys,
the gym is closed due to lockdown, meanwhile I realised there are people who cannot afford personal training and weights. This post is for them.
I always remember and . They were filled with hardwork, determination and we're very consistent. But they couldn't afford training due to some financial reasons. I know there are many people like them and I want to see how I can help them as sitting at home. So these are some photos from which we can help them.

The Deadlift is a weight training exercise in which a loaded barbell or bar is lifted off the ground to the level of the hips, torso perpendicular to the floor, before being placed back on the ground. It is one of the three powerlifting exercises, along with the squat and bench press.
