Thirty days ago, she almost didn't start.
She told herself she was too stiff. Too tired. Too far gone from the kind of woman who "does yoga."
But she unrolled the mat anyway.
What changed over the next 30 days wasn't visible in the mirror right away. It was quieter than that. More bone-deep than that.
Her shoulders dropped. Her sleep stopped being a performance. Her mornings began to feel like hers again.

That ache that shows up by noon and refuses to leave?

I chose not to be perfect in yoga but consistent with love & passion.
So next time when you try to take a break , you should ask yourself if it's really necessary.
It's ๐๐๐ when someone rely so much on motivation than on discipline.
So where do you see yourself after 5 years ?? A person full of self love & passion or just a mediocre full of regrets๐๐.
