Virabhadrasana I (Warrior I Pose)
It teaches us to develop a sense of balance and become more aware of body positioning. In Sanskrit, Vira = Hero or Warrior or Courageous and Bhadra = good or auspicious. Named after the fierce Warrior Virabhadra, as per the Hindu Mythology, the warrior Virabhadra was created by Lord Shiva, symbolizing our inner ability to overcome ego and ignorance.
Health benefits -
Energizes the entire body
Strengthens your shoulders, arms, legs, ankles and back
Opens yours hips, chest and lungs
Improves focus, balance and stability
Encourages good circulation and respiration
Stretches your arms, legs, shoulders, neck, belly, groins and ankles
Avoid if -
Don’t practice If you're suffering from severe neck pain, knee pain, shoulder pain or heart problems. If your blood pressure is high do not perform this asana.

Vrikshasana or Tree pose
Powerful posture for balancing and once you learn how to balance yourself , it will balance your ideas & thoughts in present.
Try to practice this posture for 30 seconds and go up to 1 minute and you will experience the balance of your mind & body.
It Is a great way to come into reality as depression ,anxiety , fear is a feeling which is coming from the past.

स तु दीर्घकालनैरन्तर्यसत्कारासेवितो दृढभूमिः
तु - परन्तु
दीर्ध - बहुत
काल - समय (तक)
नैरन्तर्य - निरन्तर (और)
सत्कार - श्रद्धा के साथ
आसेवितः - सेवन किया हुआ
सः - वह (अभ्यास)
दृढ़ - दृढ़
भूमि: - अवस्था
परन्तु बहुत समय तक निरन्तर और श्रद्धा के साथ सेवन किया हुआ वह अभ्यास दृढ़ अवस्था वाला हो जाता है।
dīrgha kāla nairantarya satkārā
Practice becomes firmly grounded when well attended for a long time, without break and with deep devotion (satkara).

Padmasan & sukhasan
Dhyana (Meditation)
We are blessed with 2 things A body that doesn’t want to sit straight and mind that doesn’t want to think straight. We need to master both mind and body to reach the highest state, and it can be done just by simply sitting in sukhasan.
We see a lot of fancy and good looking asanas on Instagram and try to learn new asanas each time we do yoga. But the true essence of learning asanas is to master the sitting posture called sukhasan or padmasan.
Mastering this position is the ultimate goal of learning all the asanas. It is one of the most difficult asana and takes years to master just to sit for a longer period of time to attain dhyan (meditation)
Meditation links soul to higher energies.
Self awareness is true meditation 🧘🏻♂️
