Jal Neti 🌊👃
A simple yogic cleansing practice that helps clear the nasal passages, improve breathing, and refresh the mind.
Procedure ✨
• Fill a neti pot with lukewarm water
• Add non-iodized salt (about ½ tsp per cup)
• Tilt your head sideways over a sink
• Insert the spout gently into one nostril
• Breathe through your mouth and let the water flow out from the other nostril
• Repeat on the other side
• Gently dry the nose afterwards with soft breathing techniques in downward facing dog
• Gentle face yoga facing the sun ☀️

Knowledge is a great gift and thirst of seeking is even bigger 🙂
Yoga is such a vast subject and a lifetime isn't enough to understand it completely.
Trying my best to gain as much as knowledge and experience I can.

Asana of the week !!!
Parvatasana
- Sit in Sukhansana, Padamasana or Vajrasana
- Inhaling raise arms upwards to join palms
- Stay in the posture for few secs or one minute breathing normally
- Exhaling bring your hands sideways down
Benefits -
- Stability just like a mountain
- The chest and trunk muscles get strengthened
- Relives backaches
- Corrects posture
- Provides more Oxygenation to the body
