Today take a plunge to kill your Ravan within you…check your lower emotions and ask your inner Rama to remove your Inner Ravana. We have 10 heads of the Ravana inside us, in the form of jealousy, greed, anger, lust, low self esteem, feeling unloved, victim mode, feeling unworthy, criticism, selfish. The inner Rama is our soul self/ higher self that is complete and pure. Let the pure consciousness take over and dissolve the vices that raise their head from time to time. Today make an intention of being the Light that will illuminate the darkness in you and around you!!! ✨✨✨✨✨

❓How to be present in the moment & not overthink?

Do you replay past situations over & over again, plagued by 'what ifs' or regrets, or spend a lot of time worrying about an event in the future – even an insignificant or imagined one?

You might be an overthinker. Simply put, it's the act of giving a thought & time to things which are not in our control … What we can control is, our thoughts and be in present ,savouring the things around us using all our 5 senses!

➡️Sharing some tips on how to be more present & be in the now …

1- Practice Deep Breathing Exercises.
2- Practice Mindfulness Meditation. 🧘‍♀️
3- Limit the time you spend on social media.📱
4- Stay connected with your body.
5- Keep a gratitude journal. 📔
6- Take a nature walk. 🌱🌱🌱
7- Focus on one thing at a time.
8- Be Mindful of Everything You Do.
