We are conducting a forest healing camp in the foothills of Matheran, Karjat/Neral.... be the first one to experience it...
This camp contains a lot of activities which will connect you with nature away from your materialistic life. Activities such as mud walk, forest bathing, under the tree meditation, sound healing, nature walk, balance of stones, art of leaves etc.
This practice is based more on immersing oneself in silence and the ambience of the forest without making any extra effort.
