*YOGA DISCO (2.5 - 4)*- A thrilling module that brings the joy of music and dance into kids’ yoga practice. With its dynamic blend of traditional poses, lively tunes, and engaging visuals, Yoga Disco makes yoga an interactive experience.

*YOGA ADVENTURES (4.5 - 9)* - Embark on a transformative journey with Yoga Adventure, where storytelling, dance, and music intertwine to bring yoga to life. Ignite your child’s imagination and nurture their mind, body, and soul through this exhilarating and holistic approach to yoga.
