As a kid my dream was to work for national geographic as a photographer, the least I can do now is pose with this iconic logo ❤️

The five S’s of sports training are: stamina, speed, strength, skill, and spirit; but the greatest of these is spirit.

Never let anything around you affect you. Keep shining. ❤️

One of the very nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating.” - Luciano Pavarotti.

One of the best places in singapore to try the local authentic food with a royal experience.
I couldn’t believe me luck with the .oon joined at the table and explained the pictures on the wall.

The whole place is superbly done with a decor to watch for.
Each picture has a story to say and she has been one incredible woman and an inspiration to many over the years.

Thank you so much ❤️❤️ for such warmth and love and such amazing food.
I leave with so much love and affection for the place and this food and especially for the amazing lady .oon

SB (stability ball) kneeling med ball slams.

An amazing drill for all athletes especially Pickleball tennis and badminton.

The stability ball engages the core muscles stabilising the lower back and glutes engaging to maintain the upward posture.
I’m using a 4kg med ball for Slams.

Med ball slams are great for generating power in the upper extremities, especially shoulders back and arms. Adding the stability ball mimics the biomechanics of a player in action during a rally.

Make sure your workouts are related to the sport you play and are functional in nature. This is elevate your game on court.
Try this out and leme know.
Cheers!

Wherever you are, whatever you do, never miss your workouts. -

You gotta train hard to be the best. The best version of yourself.
Remember the only person you need to compete is yourself.

The successful warrior is the average man, with laser-like focus.” — Bruce Lee

Most people have no idea of the giant capacity we can immediately command when we focus all of our resources on mastering a single area of our lives.

Have always felt that it doesn’t matter how much power, brilliance or energy you have, if you don’t harness it and focus it on a specific target, and hold it there you’re never going to accomplish as much as your ability warrants.

I tell my students to focus on themselves. Look inwards. Sit with yourself atleast for an hour for a each day and manifest /plan /dream whatever you want to achieve.
