It's been an amazing 5 year journey at Otters, and this would not have been possible without each and every one of my students. A warm hug and pat on the back to all my aqua babies. Here's to many more years of fun and water fitness at the club.

The hydrostatic pressure, i.e. the force of the water against the body, decreases any swellings present and also acts like a massage, thereby helping the return of blood to heart more efficiently. This enables the respiratory system to function better.

: Did you know that a person weighs only 10% of their body weight in water? So, if your weight is 60 kgs, you weigh only 6 kgs when you are in water. Hence, you are able to do a lot of exercises in water, that you would otherwise find extremely difficult to perform on land.

Hi everyone, welcome to our official aqua-aerobics page on facebook.
Our classes are a month old today, so I congratulate you all on completing month #1. I hope you're feeling a lot more energized, fitter and happier than you did before signing up. I look forward to you comments and suggestions and hope to make our classes more fun for everyone.
