On the request of GeoLifeYouthClub NGO, KAIzen Sports Academy conducted a free seminar on self-defense yesterday via Zoom meeting. The said seminar was attended by more than 30 students from Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata with age group ranging from 10-15.
The seminar was conducted by Shihan V.M Raj and he meticulously made it an easy process for students to grasp the technique. We also covered topics like awareness, conflict avoidance, and bad touch. We hope more and more people seek to learn martial arts.
Regards,
KAIzen Sports Academy
