Hey moms, is back pain becoming part of your daily routine?

Before reaching for pain relief, try one of the gentlest and most effective yoga movements—Cat-Cow Pose (Marjaryasana–Bitilasana). 🧘‍♀️

💚 Benefits for new moms:
✔️ Relieves neck and lower back pain
✔️ Improves spine mobility
✔️ Reduces stiffness after feeding or carrying your baby
✔️ Gently activates your core muscles
✔️ Improves posture, calm your mind
✔️ Helps you relax and breathe better

Remember, gentle movement done consistently is more powerful than intense workouts done occasionally.

⚠️ If you have Diastasis Recti, always perform this pose with proper breathing and core engagement for the best results.

💕 Give your body just 2–3 minutes today. It has carried your baby—now it's time to care for it.

💬 Comment "BACK" if you'd like more simple postnatal exercises to relieve pain naturally.

📌 Save this reel for the next time your back feels sore, and share it with a mom who needs this reminder.

Diastasis recti is the partial or complete separation of the re**us abdominis muscles—the vertical "six-pack" muscles on the front of your stomach. It happens when these muscles pull apart at the midline and the connecting tissue, the linea alba, stretches and weakens.

Is it really just postpartum weight gain?

If your tummy still looks pregnant months after delivery, it may not be "just fat." It could be Diastasis Recti—a separation of the core muscles that can affect your strength, posture, back pain, and pelvic floor.

The earlier you identify it, the easier it is to start healing with the right exercises. 💕

Don't ignore the signs. Your body deserves care, not guesswork. ❤️

💬 Comment "CORE" and I'll help you understand if it could be Diastasis Recti and share details of my upcoming workshop.
