संसदीय राजभाषा समिति की प्रथम उप-समिति द्वारा दिनांक 14 मई, 2026 को होटल रिट्ज़ कार्लटन, पुणे, महाराष्ट्र में क्षेत्रीय विपणन कार्यालय, पुणे का निरीक्षण किया गया। आदरणीय सांसद महोदयों ने कंपनी की प्रदर्शनी का अवलोकन किया एवं संतोष व्यक्त किया।

इस संपूर्ण निरीक्षण की सफलता में मुख्यालय के राजभाषा विभाग के कर्मचारियों का सराहनीय योगदान रहा। आरसीएफ के आदरणीय कार्यपालक निदेशक (मा.सं.) श्री शरद सोनावणे जी तथा महा प्रबंधक (विपणन) श्री अजय शर्मा जी के कुशल मार्गदर्शन में क्षेत्रीय विपणन कार्यालय, पुणे की टीम ने अत्यंत परिश्रम एवं समर्पण के साथ इस निरीक्षण को सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न कराया।

निरीक्षण के समन्वय की महत्त्वपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी प्रबंधक (राजभाषा) श्री सुलेमान फ़ारूकी, मुख्य प्रबंधक (विपणन) श्री योगेश वेंगुर्लेकर तथा मुख्य प्रबंधक (मा.सं., औ.सं. एवं राजभाषा प्रभारी) श्री पंकज पाटील ने अत्यंत दक्षता एवं कुशलतापूर्वक निभाई, जिससे यह निरीक्षण पूर्णतः सफल रहा।

-Pranam

Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd., District office Dharashiv had conducted a farmers training program & soil testing day for women farmers under “PM Pranam Scheme” at Umed Office Dharashiv.

RCF official Shri Ganesh Khade gave information about PM Pranam and organic fertilizers like PDM, PROM, FOM and Organic Manure etc. to promote organic farming and maintain soil fertility. Also, information was given about the importance, benefits and method of use of the above organic fertilizer and the various nutrients contained in it. He also appealed to the present farmers to use PDM, PROM, FOM and organic manure as much as possible. During the program 987 Soil health cards were distributed to farmer.

Miss. Vanita Dongare (DMM-Umed Dharashiv) gave information about organic farming. Shri Samadhan Jogdand (DM-Umed) gave guidance on soil fertility and use of organic fertilizers.

47 women farmers participated in this program.

-Pranam

A Farmer meeting was conducted by RCF Khammam at Kesamudram Village and Mandal in Mahabubabad Dist. of Telangana State for the promotion of FOM, PDM, PROM and various organic fertilizers of RCF LTD under PM PRANAM Scheme.

Following dignitaries were present in this program:

1. Mr. Vinay Kumar, Dept. Of Agriculture (M.Sc. Plant Breeding), Telangana. (Subject Matter Specialist)
2. Mr. Miryala Vamshikrishna Reddy (Officer - Mktg, Khammam, RCF – TS).

Meeting Started with brief introduction by Mr. Miryala Vamshikrishna Reddy, Officer Marketing Khammam, TS, about RCF and its products which are farmer centric and are helpful for the better yield in their farms

Total 75 farmers have actively participated. Mr. Vinay Kumar had explained about balanced use of fertilizers, majorly focusing on organic fertilizers of RCF like FOM, PDM, PROM and City Compost. And farmers were also enlightened about the various benefits of soil testing and insisted farmers to use organic fertilizers along with Chemical fertilizers.

Mr. Vamshi had also spoken to farmers regarding efficient nutrient management by application of manures and organic fertilizers and he also assured farmers regarding availability of these RCF organic fertilizers in the vicinity. Farmers were also very keen about organic fertilizers and are interested to use them in coming season. Overall farmer response for the meeting was good.

A farmer meeting had been organized by Rashtriya Chemicals & fertilisers, Maharashtra state for the promotion of RCF’s organic fertilizer’s like FOM, LFOM, PDM, PROM, and other value added fertilizers of RCF Ltd. at Nhavi Village, Bhor Taluk and District, Pune.

Mr. Dattatray Chavan- Progressive Farmer, was addressed the farmers regarding importance of Organic Fertilizers, Natural Farming, Soil testing and INM in farming practices which improves soil health and also explained the nano technology, drone technology in Agriculture sector and its importance for balanced use of Fertilizers as per the department guidelines.

2. Shri. Sourabh Waghmale Officer(Marketing), RCF, Pune, had shared information about availability of Organic Fertilizers to farmers in RCF.

Information regarding FOM, LFOM, PROM, PDM, PROM, City Compost and Biola, its benefits and method of application were explained to farmers.

Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilisers, Karnataka State had organized farmer meeting program for promotion of FOM, LFOM, PDM, PROM, and various Organic Fertilizers of RCF Ltd. at Karthikere Village, Chikmagalur Taluk and District, Karnataka Hassan Area).

Mr. Chandrashekhar- Progressive Farmer, was addressed the farmers regarding importance of Organic Fertilizers, Natural Farming, Soil testing and INM in farming practices which improves soil health and also explained the nano technology, drone technology in Agriculture sector and its importance in now a days for balanced use of Fertilizers as per the department guidelines.

2. RCF official Shri. Ravichandran M T, RCF-Chikmagalur, had shared information about availability of RCF Organic Fertilizers to farmers in the state.

Information regarding FOM, LFOM, PROM, PDM, PROM, City Compost and Biola, its benefits and method of application were also been explained to farmers.

Soil testing day was conducted by Rashtriya chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd.,Yavatmal at babhulgaon in yavatmal district. RCF official Mr. santosh doifode (Officer marketing) described method of soil sample collection and gave information of importance of soil testing and also gave information about soil health card and RCF products like microla, biola, sujala, suphala, rcf prom rcf pdm , city compost. etc.

Farmers have actively participated and appreciated the insights shared on improving soil health through RCF’s organic solutions.

-Pranam

A Farmer Meeting Program was conducted by Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd, Gujarat State for delivering information to farmers on PM-PRANAM initiative, encouraging farmers to maintain soil health and promotion of RCF Organic Fertilizers under PM-PRANAM Scheme at Himmat Nagar, Dist – Sabar kantha (Gujarat).

RCF officials Mr. Uday L. Musale addressed the meeting by giving the introduction of RCF and its products to the farmers. He explained the PM-PRANAM scheme to the farmers, encourage farmers to start the balance use of fertilizers and importance of taking care of the soil health. He also explains the long-term benefits of using the organic fertilizers in agricultural practice. Mr. Bhupendra Shewale elaborated the importance the soil testing & maintaining the soil health and motivated them to undertake the soil test and shared the benefits of using RCF organic fertilizers like PROM, PDM, Giola, Biola, City Compost, etc and their mode of application during the cropping cycle. The officer also answered the question raised by the farmers during the meeting.

All the farmers actively participated in the meeting and raised their doubts which were satisfactorily answered by the RCF officials.

-CSR -Pranam

Under "CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY" Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd, Mumbai handed over the "Farmers Hall" to the villagers in Thergaon village in Kolhapur District by the hands of G.M. (IT and C.C) Shri. Sanjay Petkar.

This hall shall be utilized for multipurpose activities of farmers in the village.

During the event "PM-PRANAM" activity for the farmers had been organized by RCF-Kolhapur District.

GM (IT/C.C.) Shri. Sanjay Petkar addressed the gathering on RCF social responsibility work, importance and purpose of various activities.

Area In-charge Shri. Vilas Patil Sir explained about the importance of Soil Testing, Balance use of fertilizers, Farmers Training program in FTC etc.

District In-Charge Vishal Manjarekar gave a detailed information about PM Pranam scheme.
