Feeling overwhelmed 😓

I am an introvert
Innately I love being with myself. In my own company. Given a choice, I would be to myself the whole time.I am a learned extrovert.As I realized that you need to learn to be comfortable among people and learn to communicate meaningfully.You get a lot more exposure and grow as a human when you interact with others.I was an introvert also because we as kids had the least opportunity to speak if a guest comes home as the elders at home did all the talking.But suddenly when you grow up people want you to speak, share an opinion & I did not have any. It took me time to be comfortable with me having to speak among adults & voice myself.
I was bullied as a child
My childhood is filled with visuals of me running home from the playground crying. It was a tough time fighting those thoughts. I always felt that I had to go through a lot as a child. Not being accepted,made fun of, and having no friends.All this gifted me,low self-esteem.But today looking back I realize I am a much stronger person,more tolerant towards challenges,and believe in myself to deal with them.It was a tough journey but I am very confident about who I am today only because of my past.
At any given point in my life, I had just one close friend
This is a very tough one to talk about. I was really not sure why it was so. But I always questioned myself to not have enough in me to have more friends. But looking back, the friends I made are the TRUE ones!Today I can call them anytime and feel like I just spoke to them yesterday. I don't need any filter, I can just be myself and I know they accept me the way I am. But way back then I thought it was not cool to have just one friend.
We go through vulnerable moments and challenges but these are actually the only opportunities to grow, bring change and become stronger. So today I really appreciate the challenges in my life, because I know on the other side lies growth and a newer and better version of me.Challenges also teach you who you really are,your threshold limits and the coping skills you possess.Trust me these assessments and data are extremely crucial & necessary to have if you want to be a successful,happy & satisfied individual.

Anger is the biggest enemy of improvement.
When you are angry at something or someone because of a bitter experience, you start to judge and your thoughts become narrower.

Mental Awareness is very important.
There are many people who look down on people when they have a mental health issue.
People are still afraid to ask help.
Many don't know if they even have the problem.
If mental Helath issues are identified earlier, Half of the problem will be solved. To identify it earlier, People need to be aware of the problem and that's why it is very important to create awareness about the issues that can be araised due to mental health.
